7.4.4.9 Example of using Underline Attribute
In parallel mode, the Underline mode on character
can be obtained simply by setting the bit 1 ‘US’ of
the shape attribute. To underline double height
characters, set the US bit on the attribute associat-
ed with the lower part of the character.
The underline attribute is ignored in the upper half-
character.
