values are guaranteed by production testing or design.

and are the result of engineering evaluations. They are

guaranteed by production testing.

Unless otherwise noted the specifications cover the

VDD operational range and the ambient operating

temperature range TA =-40Cto+85C. Testing is

performed with the logic low input voltage VIL =0VDC

and the logic high input voltage VIH =VDD.
