Formats for representing measured values

12.1

IB IL format (default setting)

The measured value is represented in bits 14 to 0. An

additional bit (bit 15) is available as a sign bit. This format

supports extended diagnostics. Values >8000

hex and

<8100

hex indicate an error (see “Diagnostic codes in the in

formats IB IL and standardized representation” on page 16).
