If FCCM pin is low, the low-side MOSFET is turned off when the inductor current reaches zero (di-

ode emulation mode); if FCCM pin is pulled high or floated, the device operates in forced continu-

Dead time programming pin. Connect a ceramic capacitor from this pin to GND to set the dead

time (1ns/pF) between DH and DL.

THERMAL PAD

The exposed pad enhances thermal performance and is not electrically connected inside the pack-
