The CMD192 is wideband GaAs MMIC dis-

tributed amplifier die which operates from DC

to 20 GHz. The amplifier delivers greater than

19 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1

dB compression point of +24.5 dBm and noise

figure of 1.9 dB at 10 GHz. The CMD192 is a

50 ohm matched design which eliminates the

need for RF port matching. The CMD192 of-

fers full passivation for increased reliability

and moisture protection. This amplifier is the

perfect alternative to higher cost hybrid ampli-

fiers.
