The TOSHIBA TLP627F consists of an infrared emitting diode

optically coupled to a Darlington-connected phototransistor. The

350-V collector-emitter breakdown voltage of the TLP627F makes

it suitable for applications such as 100-V DC output modules in

programmable controllers and pulse dialers.


