Description
The ST25TV16K and ST25TV64K devices are NFC and RFID tags, with, respectively, 16 and 64 Kbit of
electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM). These devices act as a contactless memory accessed
through an RF link, following ISO/IEC 15693 or NFC Forum Type 5 recommendations, and are powered by the
received carrier electromagnetic wave.
