Fail Safe Mode
2.5.1
Single failures
L99PM72PXP enters Fail Safe Mode in case of:
●
Watchdog failure
●
V1 turn on failure
–V1 short (V1 <V1fail for t > tV1short)
●
V1 undervoltage (V1 <VRTH for t > tUV1)
●
Thermal Shutdown TSD2
●
SPI failure
–
DI stuck to GND or VCC (SPI frame = ’00 00 00’ or ‘FF FF FF’)
