Note

Many instrumentation amplifiers include a JFET clamping circuit that protect the device for input

voltages exceeding supply voltages. In the INA630, the JFET clamping structure is connected

between the input pins to protect the device against differential input overloading.

7.4 Device Functional Modes

The INA630 has a single functional mode and is operational when the power supply voltage is greater than 4.5V

(±2.25V). The maximum power-supply voltage for the INA630 is 36V (±18V).
