The DIODES Advantage

The API772x family provides a reliable and robust isolation

solution for digital signals in critical applications.

The API772x RobustISO family consists of

high-performance, dual-channel, digital

isolators, boasting 5,000VRMS isolation

ratings per UL 1577.

Their insulation level fulfills the reinforced

isolation requirements for VDE, UL, and

CQC.

The API772x family’s data rates are up to

100Mbps, and are available in multiple

digital channel direction configurations and

default output levels. The devices have a

wide operating supply voltage of 2.5V to

5.5V.

These parts provide strong electromagnetic

immunity and benefit from low emissions at

a low-power consumption level. The family

has a minimum of 150kV/µs common-mode

transient immunity (CMTI).

The API7720 has both its channels in the

same direction, while the API7721/API7722

have a channel in each direction.

The default output is low for devices with an

F-suffix and high for devices without the F-

suffix.

The API772x is available in the wide-body

SO-8W package.
