AC ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS (CL = 50 pF, Input tr =tf =6ns)
(*) CPD is defined as the value of the IC’s internal equivalent capacitance which is calculated from the operating current consumption without
load. (Refer to Test Circuit). Average operating current can be obtained by the following equation. ICC(opr) =CPD xVCC xfIN +ICC/8
INJECTION CURRENT COUPLING SPECIFICATION (TA= -55°C to +125°C)
1) Typical values are measured at TA=25°C e they are calculated as a difference from VOUT without Injection Current and VOUT with Injection
Current.
IIN = total current injected into any other disabled channel, one at time.
