Thank you for purchasing this CLARKE Plate Axial Louvre Vent.

Before attempting to use this product, please read this manual thoroughly and follow

the instructions carefully. In doing so you will ensure the safety of yourself and that of

others around you, and you can look forward to your purchase giving you long and

satisfactory service.

GUARANTEE

This product is guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period of 12 months from

the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt which will be required as proof of

purchase. This guarantee is invalid if the product is found to have been abused or

tampered with in any way, or not used for the purpose for which it was intended.

Faulty goods should be returned to their place of purchase, no product can be

returned to us without prior permission. This guarantee does not effect your statutory

rights.

GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS

1. Please keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.

2. NEVER carry out any alterations or modifications to this product.

3. NEVER carry out any maintenance on this product unless the power has been

isolated on the fan unit.

4. NEVER insert anything into the louvre grille, unless the power has been isolated

on the fan unit.

INSTALLATION

1. Mount the louvre vent securely to an external wall using the 4 outer bolt/screw

holes (B) provided in the outer casing, see diagram on page 3. Using the other 4

bolt holes (C) and appropriate length nuts and bolts (not supplied), the louvre

vent, can if need be, be aligned and secured to the corresponding sized plate axial

exhaust fan and corresponding holes.

NOTE: Corresponding sized plate axial exhaust fans can be purchased from

your local CLARKE stockist.
