Error amplifier non-inverted

Controls rotation speed via
input pin voltage.
Error amplifier output pin.
Connect external resistor
between Vsp pins for
feedback.
Current feedback output pin.
Connect external resistor
between this pin and ground
for current feedback
adjustment.
