Spectrum Microwave offers a line of low noise frequency

doublers. These custom designed assemblies cover input

frequency ranges of 5 to 500 MHz with output frequencies

in the range of 10 to 1000 MHz. Narrowband or broadband

devices are available with optional filtering to improve

performance. Additive phase noise testing ensures low

phase noise. The doublers are available in an SMA

connectorized 1.3 x 1.3 x 0.8 inch package. Other

package options are available.
