The SOF is a Manchester encoded bit sequence of ’110’. 11.4.3 End of frame pattern A specific EOF pattern is neither used nor specified for the HITAG µ transponder IC response. An EOF is detected by the reader if there is no load modulation for more than two data bit periods (TFd). Fig 12.
