FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
27 MHz Master Clock
The 27 MHz master clock is generated either by con-
necting a crystal oscillator element between XTI (pin
6) and XTO (pin 5), as shown in figure 1, or by con-
necting an external 27 MHz clock to XTI, as shown
in figure 2. Input 27MHz master clock on XTI when
using an external clock. Crystal oscillator element
must be fundamental.
