The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates. (3) Human body model, 1.5k Ω in series with 100pF. Machine model, 200Ω in series with 100pF. (4) Output currents in excess of ±30mA over long term may adversely affect reliability. (5) The maximum power dissipation is a function of TJ(max), θ JA, and TA. The maximum allowable power dissipation at any ambient temperature is PD = (TJ(max) - TA)/θ JA. All numbers apply for packages soldered directly onto a PC board. For the typical VOS distribution, see the curve (Figure 4). (4) Precision bench measurement of more than 300 units. More than 65% of units had less than 15nV /°C VOS drift. (5) Ensured Vos Drift is based on 280 devices operated for 1000 hrs at 150°C (equivalent to 30 years @ 55ºC).
