Theadvanceddesigncombinesexcellenttemperature stabilityanduniformitywithabroadtemperaturerange –40°Cto150°CtoaddressmostValProbeapplications. Thegenerousninelitertankandspeciallydesigned ValProbeimmersionbasketaccommodateuptoeight ValProbeloggers,makingcalibrationorverificationa quickandeasyprocess. Theportabletabletopdesigneasilyfitsontoabenchtop withoutconsumingpreciousspace.Anoptional floorcart,withlockingcasters,raisestheunittoa convenientoperatingheightandallowseasytransport withinyourfacility. Intelligent RTD Standard TheIRTDTemperatureStandard(IRTD400)isa NationalIndustryofStandardsandTechnology(NIST) traceableinstrumentcalibratedfrom–195°Cto420°C with0.025°Caccuracyovertheentirerange.This completelyself-containedmeasurementsystemserves asthesecondarystandardprovidingtraceabilityfor ValProbecalibrationorverification.Byinterfacing withtheValProbesoftware,theIRTD400eliminates thepotentialforhumanerror,ensuringaccurateand traceablemeasurements. Temperature Calibration Stable Uniform Heat Sources Kayetemperaturereferencesaredesignedfor easyoperationwhiledeliveringthehighestlevelof temperaturestabilitypossible.Thesestableuniform heatsourcescombinerapidheat-upandcool- downwithlargesensorcapacitytominimizeoverall calibrationtime.Multiplecalibrationsetpointsare programmedviatheeasy-to-useoperatorpaneland displayed(setpointorwelltemperature)to0.01degree accuracy.Thesereferencesprovidefullyautomated sensorcalibrationwhenusedwithKaye’sValidator® 2000andtraceableIRTDtemperaturestandard. HTR and LTR Series Dry Wells TheHTRandLTRSeriesdrywellsarespecifically designedforcalibratingsensorsusedforprocess validation.Thesearethemostadvancedreference unitsonthemarket,featuringfastheat-upandcool- down,largewellcapacitytoaccommodate18to24 thermocouples,andtheyusenomessyoilsorfluids. TheHTR400isidealforhigh-temperatureapplications suchasautoclaves,dryheatovensandsterilizer tunnels.TheLTRmodelsofferlow-temperature performanceforapplicationsincludingfreezers,cold rooms,incubatorsandautoclaves.TheLTRmodel selectionshouldbebasedontheapplication’slow- temperaturepoint. CTR–80 Cryo Temperature Bath Operatingfrom–80°Cto30°C,theCTRdeliversfast response,highstability,andautomatedsensor calibrationforthemostseverecold-temperature applications.Agenerous3.7litertankisheatedand cooledquicklyandquietlybyatwo-stagerefrigeration system(R507andR508B).TheCTR–80istheidealunit forcalibratingtemperaturesensorsusedinfreeze dryer,freezer,andcryounitvalidation.
