HT4932S 是一款目前世界上集成度最高的

移动电源管理芯片，它集成了充电管理模块、

LED 指示模块、升压放电管理模块，只需用很

少的元件，就可以组成市面上功能最强的移动

电源。

主要特点

◆ 高度集成，极少的外围元器件；

◆ 内置最大 1A 线性充电模式，充电电流外部

可调；

◆ 涓流/恒流/恒压三段式充电，恒定电压

4.22V，支持对 0V 电池充电；

◆ 内置充电能根据温升自动降低充电电流，

120 度开始下降，最低可降至 0；

◆ 升压使用同步整流电路，效率最高 91%，

发热低，固定 5.1V 输出，不需要外部电阻

设置；

◆ 最大输出电流高达 1.5A(BAT=3.6V)，最大

放电电流可调;

◆ 具有恒功率输出功能，有完整的过流，短

路保护,内置温度保护过温自动停止升压；

◆ 负载插入自动启动升压，负载移除自动休

眠；

◆ 四灯指示方式，且放电的过程的指示灯阈

值可以微调，能适应不同的电池的放电曲

线；

◆ 电池低压提醒功能；

◆ 具有一个设置苹果 D+,D-分压电阻设置端

口

◆ 支持强光，弱光，暴闪，SOS 四种手电灯

模式，并支持外扩驱动大电流 LED 灯

◆ 固定开关频率 1MHZ；

◆ 电池过充、过放保护；

◆ 4KV ESD；

◆ SOP16 封装
