Descriptions
The SPD80151Z is a Uni-directional TVS (Transient
Voltage Suppressor). It is specifically designed to
protect sensitive electronics which are connected to
power lines from over-stress caused by ESD
(Electrostatic
Discharge),
EFT
(Electrical
Fast
Transient) and Lightning.
Features
For surface mount application
Excellent clamping capability
ESD protection according to IEC61000-4-2
±30kV (contact and air discharge)
Low profile package
Fast response time: Typically less than
1.0ns from 0V to 16.7V
Low inductance
Mechanical Data
Case: Molded plastic
