Caution when using Breaker

Before using the breaker, please fully read the DESIGN AND HANDLING CAUTIONSstatedbelowtoavoidbreakerperformancedeterioration

and/or damage to the breaker body or terminal.

DESIGN CAUTIONS

1. Usewithintheelectricalratingsspecifiedinthisdatasheet.Ifusedovertheratingofvoltageorcurrent,ON-OFFlifemightbeimpacted

and contact may deteriorate due to breaker arm damage.

2. Ifusedoverthemaximumelectricalratingspecifiedinthisdatasheet,thecircuitmaynotopensafelyoroperateproperly.Pleasetestyour

deviceforanyabnormalitiesandconfirmthatthebreakerwillopenthecircuitsafelyinyourdevice.Anyuseoverthemaximumelectrical

rating is at the sole risk of the user.

3. Mountthebreakeronyourdevicewhereheatisthehighestinordertotransferiteffectivelytothebreaker.

4. Ifthebreakerisaffixedwithanadhesive(resin,etc.),beforeproceeding,fullytest,evaluateandverifythattheadhesivepresentsno

negativeeffectsonthebreakerbeforeproceeding.

5. Afterthebreakerismounted,affixitsothatthebreakerbodyandterminalswillnotmove.Ifnotaffixedproperly,breakerresistancecould

increaseorcontactcouldopenduetostressduringhandlingorvibration/shockduringtransportation.

6. Ifbreakeristoberesin-molded,testandevaluatetheapplicationtodeterminewhetherthebreakercanbeusedeffectively.

7. ThebreakercannotbeusedasarepetitiveON-OFFthermostat.

8. The breaker is not washable. Do not wash.

9. Do not let a solder iron touch the breaker body.

10. Do not attach solder to the breaker body.

11. Whenmountingandaftermountingthebreaker,donotapplysupersonicvibration.Vibrationandheatmaycausebreakerresistance

toincreaseormaycausebodydamage.Ifyouplantoapplysupersonicvibrationaftermountingthebreaker,youwillneedtoevaluate

whetherthebreakerissuitableforyourspecificapplication.Thebreakerisnotdesignedorwarrantedtowithstandsupersonicvibration.

12. Donotusethebreakerinthefollowingenvironments:

a) Water, oil, chemical or organic solutions

b) Direct sunlight, outdoor exposure, dust

c) Dew condensation, where the breaker could get wet

d) Saltbreeze,chlorine,hydrogensulfide,ammonium,sulfide-oxidation,hydrogenchloride,acetateandanywherethereisapossibilityof

generatingcorrosivegassuchassulfurousacidgas

e) Strongstaticelectricchargeorelectromagneticwave

13. Thebreakerisnotdesignedortestedfor,andshouldnotbeusedin,aerospace,airplane,nuclear,military,life-saving,life-criticalor

life-sustainingmedicalandotherrelatedapplicationswherefailureormalfunctionmayresultinpersonalinjury,deathorseverepropertyor

environmentaldamage.
