Handling/Application Information

Application Techniques

Application equipment including hand held manual dispensers, semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment for grouping packages are available. Application of

Scotch® High Tack Multipack Tape 699 is most easily accomplished at room temperature 72°F (23°C). Very low or high temperatures cause hardening or softening of

the adhesive respectively, making application more di cult. Once applied, Scotch® High Tack Multipack Tape 699 performs well throughout the normal temperature

ranges typically encountered by packaged products in shipping and storage environments.
