2. VID is the input differential voltage.
3. VICM rules are as follows:
a. VICM must be less than VDDI – 0.4 V;
b. VICM + VID/2 must be <VDDI + 0.4 V;
c. VICM – VID/2 must be >VSS – 0.3 V.
