(1)
All voltages are measured with respect to the GND pin (pin 7), unless otherwise specified.
(2)
Absolute Maximum Ratings indicate limits beyond which damage to the device may occur. Operating Ratings indicate conditions for
which the device is functional, but do not ensure specific performance limits. Electrical Characteristics state DC and AC electrical
specifications under particular test conditions which ensure specific performance limits. This assumes that the device is within the
Operating Ratings. Specifications are not ensured for parameters where no limit is given, however, the typical value is a good indication
of device performance.
(3)
Typicals are measured at 25°C and represent the parametric norm.
(4)
Limits are specified to Texas Instruments' AOQL (Average Outgoing Quality Level).
(5)
V− must have at least
−9V at its pin with reference to ground in order for the under-voltage protection circuitry to be disabled.
(6)
AC Electrical Test; refer to Test Circuit #2 .
(7)
The feedback compensation network limits the bandwidth of the closed-loop response and so the slew rate will be reduced due to the
high frequency roll-off. Without feedback compensation, the slew rate is typically larger.
(8)
DC Electrical Test; refer to Test Circuit #1 .
(9)
The output dropout voltage is the supply voltage minus the clipping voltage. Refer to the Clipping Voltage vs Supply Voltage graph in the
TYPICAL PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS section.
