• Convert a momentary switch to a toggle switch

• Divide a clock signal by 2 or 4

3 Description

The SN74ACT74-Q1 contains two independent D-

type flip-flops with asynchronous preset (PRE) and

clear (CLR) inputs, and non-inverted (Q) and inverted

(Q) outputs.
