(IRMS) versus frequency are given for a maximum ambient temperature TA

≤100 ºC. In case of

higher ambient temperatures (TA), the self-heating (

ΔT) of the component must be reduced to

avoid that temperature of the component (Top=TA +

ΔT) reaches values above maximum

operating temperature.The factor FT shall be applied in the following way:
