Application Scheme

The The TDA7502 IC will interface with an exter-

nal CODEC chip (i.e. the TDA7531). The CODEC

chip contains A/D converters that convert the

audio data and send it to the TDA7502 IC for sig-

nal processing. The TDA7502 then sends the

processed audio data back to the CODEC for D/A

conversion. A block diagram of the system is

shown in Fig. 1 below.
