JTAG interface
The TNETA1575 supports boundary scan through a five-wire JTAG interface in accordance with IEEE
Std 1149.1–1990 (includes IEEE Std 1149.1a–1993), IEEE Standard Test Access Port and Boundary-Scan
Architecture.
The maximum operating frequency is 10 MHz for the JTAG interface.
