Lock Block

On receiving the Lock Block command, the LRI1K permanently locks the selected block.

During the write cycle tW, there should be no modulation (neither 100% nor 10%).

Otherwise, the LRI1K may not lock correctly the memory block. The tW time is equal to t1nom

+ 18 × 302µs.
