Working with the demonstration board

Except for connecting the NTC and NiMH battery, the settings are the same as for the USB

for the Li-Ion demonstration board described in UM0497. Refer to section 1.2.7 of UM0497

for the jumper settings. Once all the jumpers are connected, the demonstration board is

ready to be used.

4.1

Hand-shaking with the PC

As soon as you connect the USB connector to the demonstration board, you should find the

demonstration board enumerated as a HID device, as shown in Figure 6 (device manager).

If you check the properties of all the HID devices in the device manger, you should find the

HID device depicted in Figure 7.
