MASK OPTION The µPD750108 has the following mask options: • Mask option of P40 to P43 and P50 to P53 Can specify whether to incorporate the pull-up resistor. The pull-up resistor is incorporated bit by bit. The pull-up resistor is not incorporated. • Mask option of standby function Can specify the wait time when STOP mode was released by an interrupt. 29/fCC (256 µs at 2.0 MHz, 512 µs at 1.0 MHz) No wait • Mask option of subsystem clock Can specify whether to enable the built-in feedback resistor.
