MCU Block Diagram The Si47xx EVB uses a Silicon Laboratories' C8051F342 microcontroller to control the Si47xx and to provide USB connectivity from the host PC (via connector J79). The LED D1 illuminates to confirm that power is being properly supplied to the C8051F342 and firmware has loaded. Push-button PB1 manually resets the C8051F342. The JTAG connector J74 is used to program the C8051F342 at production time, and is not required thereafter.
