Supply current characteristics
The current consumption is measured as described in Figure 9 on page 34 and Figure 10
on page 34.
Total current consumption
The MCU is placed under the following conditions:
All I/O pins in input mode with a static value at V33 or VSS (no load)
All peripherals are disabled except if explicitly mentioned.
Embedded Regulators are used to provide 1.8V (except if explicitly
mentioned)
Subject to general operating conditions for V33, and TA.
Notes:
1.
Typical data are based on TA=25°C, V33=3.3V.
2.
Data based on characterization results, tested in production at V33, fMCLK max. and TA max.
3.
Based on device characterisation, device power consumption in STOP mode at TA 25°C is predicted to be
30µA or less in 99.730020% of parts.
4.
The conditions for these consumption measurements are described in application note AN2100.
