Different capacitor values may be required for different crystal/resonator used.
Note2: V33_REG is output of built-in regulator with maximum current 60mA.
It is recommended that only use it for internal power pad.
Note3: VSS_USB and VDD_USB are supported by body (ref. to
“6 SIGNAL DESCRIPTIONS”). It is recommended that the supplied power of VDD_USB
uses external power instead of V33_REG.
Note4: VSS_INT and VDD_INT are supported by body (ref. to
“6 SIGNAL DESCRIPTIONS”).
