4. SAM5504B PINOUT
4.1.
Memory Config
The SAM5504B can be used in 2 different hardware configurations called Memory Config. This
flexible architecture allows selecting the appropriate interfaces for each application.
Memory Config can be defined in two ways:
1. Sensed at start-up: Memory Config is defined by the level on MC0 pin sensed at start-up. MC0
is sensed on CKOUT.
2. Read from Efuse MC0 bit: Memory Config is preprogrammed in embedded eFuse. In this case
MC0 pin will not be sensed.
