Command: Output-bank-select
8.7.3 Command: Data-pointer
The Data-pointer command defines the display RAM address where the following display
data are sent to. For setting the data pointer always the three commands Data-pointer-init,
Data-pointer-MSB and Data-pointer-LSB have to be sent.
