SHUTTING DOWN THE PUMP

To stop the pump in an emergency, set the engine switch to ‘OFF’.

1. Use the throttle lever to decrease

engine speed to minimum.

2. Set the engine switch to “OFF”.

3. Turn the fuel valve to “OFF”.

AFTER USE

1. Remove the pump drain plug and

drain the pump chamber.

2. Remove the filler cap and flush the

pump chamber with clean, fresh

water.

• Allow the water to drain from the

pump chamber.

3. Reinstall the filler cap and drain plug.
