The following graphs represent transient thermal resistance (the ratios of transient thermal resistance), with steady-

state junction-to-case thermal resistance = 1. Note that the graph representing that of the IGBT-embedded device shows

only IGBT characteristics; no freewheeling diode characteristics are included.
