Note 2: The LT3743 will function with a supply voltage as low as 4.5V, but

to keep the gate drive voltages above 4V, the VCC_INT pin must be tied to

VIN for operation below 6.0V

Note 3: The LT3743E is guaranteed to meet performance speciﬁcations

from 0°C to 125°C junction temperature. Speciﬁcations over the –40°C

to 125°C operating junction temperature range are assured by design,

characterization and correlation with statistical process controls. The

LT3743I is guaranteed to meet performance speciﬁcations over the –40°C

to 125°C operating junction temperature range.

Note 4: The minimum on and off times are guaranteed by design and are

not tested.
