Description

The Atmel

® ATR4253 is a highly integrated high-performance IC for active antenna

amplification. The device has a built-in AGC, antenna detection, a power supply regu-

lator and two driver stages for external PIN diodes.

The Atmel ATR4253 is based on BICMOS technology. The device is designed in par-

ticular for car applications and is suitable for active antennas located in several

positions within the car such as bumpers, windscreen, mirrors or windows.
