Over specified gain dynamic range, 1K Ω and 15pF load up to 30MHz baseband. 4. Over specified gain dynamic range, 1K Ω and 15pF load up to 15MHz baseband. 5. Over specified gain dynamic range, 1K Ω and 15pF load up to 30MHz baseband. 6. The device should not be operated beyond the point of output clipping since gain match may be compromised. 7. * Operating temperature range for the SL1714 is 0 °C to 70°C. This applies to applications featuring a double sided copper board. For other applications not using such a board, the maximum operating temperature may be reduced. Operating temperature range for the SL1714C is 0 ° to 85°C. 8. Operation above the recommended IQ output level may result in outputs with harmonic performance degraded. |
