10 Application and Implementation

10.1 Application Information

The TPS6014x charge pumps provide a regulated 5-V output from a 1.8-V to 3.6-V input voltage range. They

10.2.1 Design Requirements

Designed specifically for space-critical battery-powered applications, the complete charge pump circuit requires

only four external capacitors. The design guideline provides a component selection to operate the device within

the Recommended Operating Conditions.
