voltages are: 2.5V and 3.3V (2.5V Dual Memory or 3.3V
Dual Memory).
(2) Only available in tape and reel packaging. A reel
contains 2500 devices.
(3) Evaluation board for SC1544 - specify voltage
option when ordering.
