Thedevicesrequireonlythreeexternalcomponents toprovideafixedoutputvoltageof1.8V,2.2V,2.7V, 3.0V,3.3V,3.7Vor5.0V. TheHT77xxSdevicesincludeaninternaloscillator, PFMcontrolcircuit,drivertransistor,referencevolt- ageunitandahighspeedcomparator.Theyemploy pulsefrequencymodulationtechniques,toobtain minimumsupplycurrentandrippleatlightoutput loading.Thesedevicesareavailableinspacesaving TO92,SOT89,SOT23andSOT23-5packages.For SOT23-5packagetypes,theyalsoincludeaninternal chipenablefunctiontoreducepowerconsumption whenintheshutdownmode.
