Read Operations The HT24LC128 device supports three read operations, namely, currentaddressread, random address read and sequential read. During read operationexecution,theread/writeselectbitshould besetto“1”. • Currentaddressread Theinternaldatawordaddresscountermaintains thelastaddressaccessedduringthelastreador writeoperation, incrementedbyone.Thisaddress remainsvalidbetweenoperationsaslongasthe chippowerismaintained.Theaddresswillroll overduringareadfromthelastbyteofthelast memorypagetothefirstbyteofthefirstpage.
