Temperature Measurement mode

Temperature measurement mode takes input signal from ADP pin and the reference voltage is

taken from VR_ADP (pin8). The ES219 has ºC to ºF scale translation circuit and standard K-type

thermocouple reference table is built-in. External cold-junction compensation circuit is still necessary.
