Erase/Program Suspend Status (SUS)
The Suspend Status bit (SUS) is a read-only bit in the status register (S15) that is set to 1 after executing an
Erase/Program Suspend (75h) instruction. The SUS status bit is cleared to 0 by the Erase/Program Resume (7Ah)
instruction, as well as a power-down/power-up cycle.
Note:
1.
X = Don’t care
2.
L = Lower; U = Upper
3.
If any Erase or Program instruction specifies a memory region that contains protected data portion, this instruction is ignored.
4.
Note 3 does not apply to this Status Register Bit setting. See Errata 1 in Appendix A for details.
