OPERATION

The MP86957 is a 70A, monolithic half-bridge

driver

with

MOSFETs

ideally

suited

for

multiphase buck regulators.

An external 3.3V is required to supply both VDD

and VDRV.

When EN transitions from low to high and the

VDD and VDRV signals are sufficiently high,

operation begins.
