the watchdog timeout, and does not go high again until the watchdog is cleared.

Whenever VCC is below the reset threshold, WDO stays high.

Enable pin, enable or disable watchdog. EN pin is connected to the internal pull-

down resistor. The device is enabled if the EN is left floating.

Watchdog Input. The timer is cleared if a logic transition occurs on this pin.
