Sets the target PFM entry level for Buck 0. The final PWM-to-PFM switchover current
varies slightly and is dependant on the output voltage, input voltage and the inductor
current level.
000 = 100 mA
001 = 125 mA
010 = 150 mA
011 = 175 mA
100 = 225 mA
101 = Reserved
110 = Reserved
111 = Reserved
